We’ll measure radon levels and provide you industry standard methods to reduce levels if necessary. Often this test provides a peace of mind in knowing you have nothing to worry about.
Wood Destroying Insects
Termites. Carpenter Ants. Carpenter Bees. Powder Post Beetles. These annoying bugs can be a problem if not found. We’ll spot non-obvious signs of their activity, tell you the severity of the problem, and how to handle it. Rest assured, these insects can be eliminated. Let us find them.
A septic dye test is often required by bank or mortgage lenders. With this test, dye is inserted into the waste water lines and the system is completely flushed. Afterward, the leach field is visibly monitored for dye, indicating a malfunctioning leach field.
This survey measures capacity of a private water supply- is your well going to run dry under heavy use? We’ll conduct industry standard tests and tell you the adequacy of the water stored.
Public or private water supply, we’ll test for appropriate problems. Public supply is often tested for lead, both single and double samples allow for first draw and continuous flow lead levels.
Private wells are most often tested for coliform bacteria. Have an FHA loan? You may likely need a standard FHA short or long series that measure bacteria, nitrites, nitrates, manganese, iron, pH, alkalinity, and turbidity. All tests are conducted by a laboratory certified for bacteriological and chemical testing of drinking water, non-potable water and wastewater.
